About Me
I am a mom, wife, Christian and health enthusiast. I am Wisconsin raised and enjoy the beautiful seasons Wisconsin has to offer. I enjoy time outside hiking, gardening or sitting around a table catching up with friends or family. I obtained my Nursing education in 2011 and Nurse Practitioner Certification in 2019.

I have worked in various roles in healthcare for over 20 years and have seen firsthand how one’s health is greatly affected by their environment. Over the years, I have developed an interest in functional medicine and the importance of truly treating each patient holistically.
Our current healthcare system prioritizes treating symptoms and illnesses; however, due to a lack of education and time constraints, little is done to find the root cause of specific diseases and illnesses. Recurrent illnesses are often treated with medication without delving deeper into the underlying causes to eliminate the illness.
Integrative medicine is a form of medicine that addresses this gap! By combining conventional and complementary approaches, it truly offers the best of both worlds. Integrative medicine optimizes appropriate testing, incorporates modalities such as lifestyle changes and nutritional therapies, and fosters a strong patient-provider relationship to care for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
